• Coaching: “What I enjoyed most was the deeply nuanced explanations that were offered about all aspects of establishing a meditation practice. Several years ago I took the initial portion of Jon Kabitt Zin’s MBSR to help with health issues outcomes, and it did not resonate as deeply and personally as your Heart-Based Meditation practice you taught us.  I loved having the private, secure Voxer App chime going off every weekday morning as an audio reminder to keep coming back to deeply nourishing thoughts for self-care. Once again, your depth of pointing out examples in what substantiates true self-care was wonderful to experience. The 90-Days timeframe was needed to get a new habit established was an important component of the curriculum.  Last but not least, were the newer sparks of a deeper acceptance I encountered that restarted my engine, what felt like an engine stalling out creatively with my painting and general motivation. As a result, I  now feel much longer episodes of authentic myself, less negative self talk, and feel my engine is turned on, running and ‘firing on all cylinders’.”

  • Coaching: “After completing Katherine‘s 90-Day Commit to Bliss course, I can say both the time and money was well worth the investment in myself. I questioned whether I could even meditate however Katherine assured me I could as well as explaining how the many benefits of meditation and her course would positively affect my life. After months of Katherine patiently answering my questions I realized the time was right to commit and begin my meditation practice.  The course has allowed me to experience habitual changes (such as wasting less time on SM, junk food cravings, stress eating), much deeper sleep, an increased patience level, a more relaxed, and stress-free lifestyle, just to mention a few. It has also taught me a different level of self care and self love techniques that are immeasurable. All of this has resulted in a happier, healthier ME!
