Heart-Based Meditation.

Whether you are trained in a formal meditation practice or not, a heart-based meditation workshop will assist you at any level. Learn to meditate or refine your meditation practice with the power of a group. There will be ample time for experience, learning, questions, and some light yoga to sit comfortably. 2.5 - 3 hours

In today’s world, we need all the help we can get. Experience different ancient breath and easy meditation practices that help strengthen and calm the nervous, immune, and circulation system, and of course the MIND. Brief yoga for all levels will also be offered to sit comfortably. 2 hours

Mantras & Mudras.

Explore the beautiful healing of different mantras (A mantra is a sacred syllable, word, or set of words that have spiritual potency. A tool to transport the mind from a state of activity to one of stillness) and mudras (A mudra is a gesture or seal used in yoga. The practice of these gestures and seals channel the flow of prana life force) Discussion, practice, gentle yoga, and relaxation 2 - 2.5 hours All levels.

Intro To Yoga.

Begin your journey here. Yoga is for everyone and everybody. No flexible body is needed, just a flexible mind! Discussion, learning, practice, and relaxation. 2 hours

Intro To Ayurveda.

Ayurveda means “the science of life”. Ayurveda is an ancient natural wellness system from India. More than 5,000 years old, this time-honored tradition of healing awakens your body’s innate intelligence and repair mechanisms. Learn about the doshas and your constitution, learn how food is medicine, and learn how to heal some common imbalances. 3 hours All levels.
