This Month

July’s Theme: “Pain In The Butt”

(Piriformis & Sciatica Relief)

Let's be honest—we've all had a "pain in the butt!" This month we'll focus on releasing tension in the hips, glutes, and piriformis while improving mobility and creating space around the sciatic nerve. Through gentle stretching, mindful strengthening, and supportive movement, you'll learn techniques to reduce discomfort, improve posture, and move through summer with greater ease.

Perfect for anyone who sits for long periods, travels, walks, cycles, or experiences occasional hip or sciatic discomfort.
