This Month
June’s Theme: Slow & Hippy
This month, we invite a softer pace and a freer spirit. Slow & Hippy is about easing out of “go-go-go” mode and reconnecting with mindful movement, deep breath, and feel-good flow. Expect gentle stretches, hip-opening postures, fluid transitions, grounding breathwork, and space to simply be.
These practices are designed to help release tension, create mobility in the hips and low back, and cultivate a sense of ease in both body and mind. Think nourishing movement, relaxed energy, soulful playlists, and summer vibes—with no pressure to perform.
Come as you are. Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Let your practice feel freeing, grounding, and just a little groovy.
